Medical Influence Actions

Access current patient records and scheduled events (appointments, surgeries, testing). +2 dice to pertinent investigation and research rolls.
2 Access entire archives of all in-house records (patient records, financial records, surgeries, tests and results, referrals, internal employee reviews, etc.) -2 difficulty to pertinent investigation and research rolls.
2 Obtain $500 worth of either blood or other IV & infusion supplies (up to 3 BP worth of blood). Come to a scene prepared accordingly.
3 Muddle with archives of current patient records and scheduled events (appointments, surgeries, etc.) -2 DC to appropriate rolls.
3 Obtain $2,000 worth of either blood (up to 12 points worth) or portable medical equipment (kit defibrilator, pressure infusors, testing and sterilization kits, etc.) Come to a scene prepared accordingly
3 Borrow the use of hospital testing equipment on site. -2 DC to appropriate rolls (investigation, science, technology, medicine, etc.)
4 Falsify all records in house, regardless of their age, going throuch archives changing existing entries or making new ones. -2 difficulty to pertinent rolls, create Alternate ID 2
4 Privately rent the use of a hospital's available facilities (Operating Room, testing rooms, patient rooms, morgue) Use some portion of the hospital's facilities for a scene
4 Acquire a cadaver Just what it says on the tin.
4 Obtain $5,000 worth of either blood (up to 30 points' worth) or medical equipment (surgical equipment, testing machines, etc.) Come to a scene prepared accordingly.
5 Reschedule events within the hospital, rerouting individuals and altering the course of planned meetings, surgeries, tests, etc. Alter the progression of a scene accordingly, potentially halt something altogether.
5 Obliterate entire records and archives against a target. -2 DC rolls pertaining to removing a specified target from archives and files.
5 Have hospital staff withhold information or lie to external parties (police, media) about patients, results, testing, etc. Roll Manipulation + Subterfuge to convince appropriate staff; each success represents a day of withheld information, 4+ successes means a lie.
5 Put the heat on people within a department to work in your favor Double the effectiveness of the mechanics of an appropriate action: minimum DC is now 4, maximum dice advantage is +5, or all NPCs will spend Willpower for success.
5 Change the opinions of staff and professionals Instigate a promotion or demotion of an NPC or contest a player in an appropriate contested roll to knock their Influence up or down by 1; failure impacts your influence.
